Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Alpine Select Ltd. («Alpine Select» / the “Company”) hereby informs its investors and other interested market participants that it expects a profit of approximately CHF 5.6 million for the first half of 2026 in its financial statements per 30 June 2026. This preliminary result was calculated based on the documents available to the Company to date for the valuation of its investments. In the comparative period (as per 30 June 2025) a profit of CHF 1.2 million was reported.

Alpine Select plans to publish the definitive half-year result on 8 September 2026 and the semi-annual report as of 30 June 2026 on 14 September 2026. The Company also publishes regular updates on its business performance. This enables shareholders and other interested parties to follow the development of the portfolio of the Company on an ongoing basis.
