Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Alpine Select has published the annual report 2025. The annual report can be downloaded from the website www.alpine-select.ch/en/investors#downloads.

In the FER financial reporting, Alpine Select reports an annual profit of CHF 10.32 million as of 31 December 2025. In the comparative period (year 2024) a profit of CHF 1.27 million was reported.

The proposed appropriation of available earnings provides for a dividend payment of CHF 0.60 per registered share.
